May 29, 2009 Friday -Starting at 10:00 : Local Registration -At 15:00 : Meeting in hotel and driving to Denizli for opening ceremony -At 16:00 : Meeting in front of the Denizli Municipality -16:00 - 17:30 : Opening Ceremony-Opening Speeches of Governor and City Mayor -Folkloric Dance and Mehter Show -Firework -17:30 - 18:00 : Opening March from Municipality to Governor Building -Two students will carry the participating country name plaque and national flag-Participants wear t-shirts and cap of the sponsors -18:00 - 19:00 : Participants make a tour around Denizli City-19:00 : Driving back to Pamukkale -20:00 : Opening dinner in hotel -Video presentation of Denizli, Pamukkale and previous competitions
May 30, 2009 Saturday -Starting at 10:00 : Local Registration -At 10:00 : Transfer with 1 bus and 2 retrieve vehicles to take-off for training -At 18:00 : Meeting in hotel -All day: Directing the participants to hotel -Meeting the PWCA Committee at the Airport and transferring to hotel -Dinner with all participants, PWCA and Organising Committee
